Works Completed On Multi Million Pound Property​

COOLTECH have completed works on a stunning multi million pound mansion in preparation for the property to be put onto the market.

The system was de-gassed in order to carry out modifications to existing pipework to prevent water penetrating through the wall where the pipes enter the building. A 4″ drain was recessed into the wall and pipes were installed into the main drain pipe. Once completed, pressure tests were executed on the new system over a 48 hour period. COOLTECH then commissioned the system.

For this project, our experienced engineers worked in a confined space, which made the project more challenging – this was due to the size of material and equipment needed.

The project was successfully completed in August 2013.
