Air Conditioning System Refurbishment for Quest Software​

Project

Refurbishment of existing air conditioning units, duct work and ventilation.

Mechanical repairs to staff facilities including the kitchen area and rest-room.

Following internal office re-configuration, the internal air distribution system was adapted to suit the new layout.

Challenges

• Centre to the building’s air conditioning distribution system is a chilled water fan coil system.
• This required us to carry out water supply checks, connection planning and design.
